I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made from your company. On May 3, 2023, I bought a battery for my MacBook Pro A1707 for 60 EUR via PayPal. However, after installing the battery, after one month it is defective and does not function any more. As a customer, I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I had high expectations for your products and services, but this incident has left me feeling frustrated and let down.The batteries they provide are bad, don't buy from them and there is no after sales service.
