Klanten zijn verantwoordelijk voor het verstrekken van correcte verzendinformatie, het volgen van trackingupdates en het tijdig uitvoeren van vereiste handelingen zoals ophalen, herlevering, douaneafhandeling, belastingbetaling of adresbevestiging binnen de geldende termijn.
