Door een fout van mijzelf had ik iets besteld wat niet nodig was. Gebeld en de order is geannuleerd. Geld stond binnen 2 dagen weer op mijn rekening! Op een vraag die ik nog per mail stelde, antwoordden zij vrijwel direct.

LBS is beyond the best place to buy new batteries! I have over 20 laptops that I keep going from old reliable XP units to W 10 units and every time I have replaced the batteries that came with the refurb units, I have bought the replacements from LBS.
